Hi! I just wanted to say thank you! Randomly found your youtube channel tonight and I really needed it! I just got back from volunteering in Africa, while I was there food was being prepared for me and I gained more weight then I planed on. So now coming back tired both physically and mentally my spirit has been a little broken. Was almost at my ideal weight before I left, and now it is tough being back in a state where you're not happy with yourself. Have tons of wonderful memories from the trip, but also weight to show for it. I'm not very fat, just a little chubby at the moment. My body does not respond well to sugar or carbs, used to live on mostly chicken, fish, vegetables and fruit(which help a lot with my headaches), it quickly gives me headaches, mood swings and makes me depressed. BUT THANK YOU for your happy, helpful and uplifting video's! You've inspired me to get back to the healthy lifestyle I used to have! I'll definitely be following you and your boyfriends social media!
